SHIPPING AND RETURNS
WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 3-15 days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN TIME? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.

ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

CAN I BE REFUNDED?
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. Your order can be returned for any reason and no charges will apply. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you will need to contact us for review. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

DO I NEED THIS?
The protective liner evolved from constant requests from owners and dealers to PDR technicians to try and repair damage from stored contents. In some cases this was a successful resolution, but in other situations the owner would end up painting the hood and blending fenders to repair. Though aluminum has its advantages, it is much more difficult and expensive to repair!
WHY IS IT SOO EXPENSIVE?
We manufacture in small quantities and in the US, always have. We are very proud of this, but it has a significant impact on our costs. That said, our liner is manufactured with fire, chemical and scratch resistant material and guaranteed for life! This one-time purchase will protect your lid for as long as you own your car, and can then be transferred to similar model!
IS IT EASY TO INSTALL?
Self-Installation can be completed in under 5 minutes with only the supplied nylon retainer clips
-Removal is just as simple and can be performed to:
- access decal stickers
- transfer to different vehicle( similar model)

IS IT HEAVY?
No, most of our liners are less than 3lbs.
DO I NEED TO ORDER CLIPS?
No, retainer clips are provided with the purchase of your liner. Additional clips or replacements can be found in “Accessories”
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.
MY ITEM BROKE; CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
If your item broke, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us. We will then give you instructions whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
