Returns
Our return policy lasts 90 days. Your order can be returned for any reason and no charges, other than original shipping, will apply. A prepaid return label will be issued. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, you will need to contact us for review.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of business days.
Shipping
A prepaid return label will be issued for one of our carriers to be printed and attach to box.-Return shipping is only covered when shipping in a Lid Liner supplied box.
To return your product, you should have the original box. If this is no longer available, a additional return box will be shipped at an additional cost of the initial shipping.
